Hello Cisco Professionals!
Thank you very much for your time in advance, the solutions here have helped me tremendously.
My issue is with the Agent Desktop Supervisor Software
The regular Agent Desktop is working fine, allowing users to log in as needed.
When trying to use the Agent Supervisor Desktop, it will not allow me to log in after setting up a Supervisor Login
I get the error "The ID you entered was not found" when attempting to login.
Is there something I am missing in the profile setup process?
Is there somewhere I need to check or setup to identify this user as supervisor in the Call Manager?
I think I am adding the Supervisor to the correct groups and control to the correct device, but not sure.
Any direction or link for me to retain full Supervisor functionality is appreciated.

Did you configure the user with a Supervisor Capability View?

Hi,
Please see if you already assigned the Supervisor Capability to this User. (UCCX Admin->Tools->User Management->Supervisor Capability View).
