Dear All,

I have CISCO2921-CME-SRST/K9 bundle, with ISM-SRE-300 Unity module.

CCME 8.6, CUE 8.6 versions.

I'm facing a problem that outside caller make the call to our network, Auto Attendant receive the call & transfer as per required extension.

Our inside IP Phone is ringing, if no one is there & outside call cut the line(call).

still Inside IP Phone is ringing continuesly, I tried supervisory disconnect but facing the same problem any one have the configuration

of the parameteres of PSTN (STC Saudi Arabia) to configure it properly.

or someone knows any other solution related to this issue??

Please reply soon

regards,

Muhammad Kashif Ashraf

If if it doesn't work, you've set the wrong parameters. You should confirm them with recording and a frequency analisys. That is explained in many threads of the same subject.

Try this configuration..

voice class custom-cptone STC

dualtone disconnect

frequency 425

cadence 500 500

!

voice class custom-cptone jointone

dualtone conference

frequency 600 900

cadence 300 150 300 100 300 50

!

voice class custom-cptone leavetone

dualtone conference

frequency 400 800

cadence 400 50 200 50 200 50

voice port parameters..

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone STC

no battery-reversal

echo-cancel coverage 32

cptone BR

timeouts call-disconnect 3

timeouts ringing 5

timeouts wait-release 5

timing hookflash-out 500

Dear Owais,

sorry for the late update.

I tried above configuration but the result is same. call is not disconnected.

also i tried 1 command "timing sup-disconnect 500"

but no effect.
