Switch 2960 with PoE IP phone

Dear all,

   I don't how to configure the Switch 2960 PoE switch for the IP Phone.

Model: WS-C2960-24TC-L

IP Phone: CP-7965G

The IP phone doesn't turn on when I connect the IP phone to PoE swtich.

Hi Lai,

Sadly that model does not support PoE (Power over Ethernet) ports You

would need a model like the Cisco Catalyst 2960-24PC-L
