I upgraded my CallManager from 8.5.1 to 9.1.2 over the weekend, I learned on Monday about an incompatability between CUCM 9.1.2 and UCCX and need to revert back to my previous 8.5.1 install. I know that the jump from 8.5.1 to 9.1.2 is a big one so I wanted to make sure there were not any "gotchas" and that all I needed to do was a switch version back to the inactive partition.
We have been doing the switch version change in the past for Call manager till version 8 but never faced any issues.
Practically , never done any rollback from version 9 to 8 .
Are u running this setup in production?
