SX 20 with CUCM 8.6

Is it possible to use Jabber and dial to the SX-20 thru CUCM 8.6 ? I dont see any native option for sx-20 ?

Yes. Cisco Jabber for Windows/iPad can use voice, video, and desktop sharing when interacting with telepresence endpoints.

I dont see any native option for sx-20 ?

Then you need to install latest device pack in your CUCM to add the SX20 device type.
