SX20 license

I have three branches on which I want to deploy SX20, please help me know whether I have to procure three licenses for enabling multisite option or just one license is enough for all three branches.

Please recommend which BOQ is correct:

CTS-SX20PHD2.5X-K9 Quantity 03

LIC-SX20-MS Quantity 03

OR

CTS-SX20PHD2.5X-K9 Quantity 03

LIC-SX20-MS Quantity 01

If you plan to have each endpoint to have the capability of joining multiple endpoints (3+1) then each endpoint needs that license. The point is whichever endpoint needs to join multiple participants needs the MS license.

Usually in these scenarios centralized bridging resources start making sense
