system message show incoming call

I work in a small office with phones dotted around the place.

We used to have it enabled so that when someone else's phone rang the system message on the handset changed to show "614741 -> Joe Bloggs"

Does anyone know what this feature is called?

I would like to enable it would enable me to see who was calling before I did a group pickup.

If I press group pickup it answers straight away and I'd like to know who will be on the other end.

Hi,

Please check the 'Call Information Display For Call Pickup Group Notification settings' on the call pickup group and see if 'Calling Party Information' is checked.

I should have mentioned I'm using CME. but you information did point me to the fact that CME doesn't support this feature.
