System Speed Dials in CUCM 8.x

I have a client that is using System Speed Dials in CCM 4.x.   There is a IP Phone service that supports this.

They want to upgrade to CUCM 8.x.  What is the replacement for System Speed Dials in CUCM 8.x??

They actually created a IP Phone Service in CCM 4.2 called it "System Speed Dials" and then presented this to the Phone via a Service. 

They used the link I mentioned in my earlier post.   They enter there ID and PIN and there you see it a list of numbers.

I know the PAB and FastDials have changed in CUCM 6x and above.
