Hi,
I am looking at tagging an ICT call with some detail such as #Company X# so that when calls are received on the remote CUCM cluster they are easily identifiable and can be answered accordingly. I appreciate you can add a prefix on the route pattern but I would prefer to have a text tag as you can with a CTI route point. I have tried pushing the call to a CTI RP first but what I have found so far is that as the call legs are Cisco end to end, the caller ID of the calling part is displayed. This has to be scalable hence the requirement to present a text tag.
Many Thanks...

We do not provide a way to add any CNAM using ICTs, or any other trunk for that matter.
You can only send what is configured under the line.

Hi Jaime,
I managed to get around this by pushing the ICT call to a voice gateway using a TCL script which converted the calling party number to a text field.
Thanks.
