I'm looking for the possibility to use TAPS with the standard English prompts *and* another language (Dutch Locale in this case).
I've installed the Dutch locale file on CUCM, but how do I get the Dutch (TAPS) prompts on the UCCX system?
In the Installation Guide for TAPS it is mentioned that you have to install the locale files on all servers (CUCM and CRS/UCCX). I couldn't find a (clear and working) procedure/guide upto now.
So far I have only the standard language available.
Could someone please put me (step-by-step) in the right direction?
Used platforms:
CUCM 5.1.3.2000-3
UCCX 4.5(2)SR2
With kind regards,
Eric

If you want to have TAPS working, you need to configure the TAPS service in CCM -> Service parameters window and allow phones to user TAPS as well.

Hi Iris,
I have TAPS working, but I want to have an additional language to be available.
After searching/reading some documentation and trying, I am still not able to install and activate an alternative language. How can I get those prompts (of the additional language) on the UCCX system?
Regards,
Eric
