Im having a problem with an ISDN circuit that goes from TEI_assigned to Awaiting_Establisment , Im hoping someone can help me.

Contact telco as the circuit is not working, no reply from CO.
If they tell you it is working and the problem is on your side, invite them on your premises to show you a working call with their testing equipment.

Not sure what it was but once the carrier side bounced the circuit it came right up..... wish I had called them 2 weeks ago.
