Telephone Nr not updated in AD primary extention

I have a CUCM7 with AD intergration

Users are successfully pulled from the Ad into the End-user database.

The problem i have is when i configure an primary extention for an end-user , this nr is not populated towards AD,

this gives me the problem when accessing the corportate directory from the IP Phone the assigned phone nr is not shown.

Is there a solution to get this solved ?

Hi

AD Sync in Linux CCMs is one-way - CCM is populated from AD, not the other way around.

The 'telephoneNumber' field itself is synced from AD based on the field you select, so it needs to be populated in AD.

If you really need to write it back, you could script it so that a number is retrieved from CCM and written back to AD, but this would require some AD scripting/CCM API knowledge.
