Telephone Service is unavailable - 8841 VPN Telephone

We are currently trying to use Extension Mobility via an 8841 connected via VPN, we are getting  Telephone Service is unavailable. EM works fine on net, VPN works as well. Phone connects to UCM, I have dial tone. I am able to login to EM, but when it goes to re-register it fails.

 

We are currently on UCM 11.0.1.23900-5

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello,

 

Can you check if you allow the correct tcp ports for this service through the VPN tunnel?

For example in my case the EM service url is the following, so telnet to 8080 via VPN is allowed:

 

http://SubIPAddress:8080/emapp/EMAppServlet?device=#DEVICENAME#&EMCC=#EMCC#
