Telepresence SX20 "No Camera Connected"

I have tried everything I know to try, replaced camera control cable and everything. The camera still displays fine, but remote does not work to control the VTC. The codec is just not recognizing the camera, but will still display from it fine.

I've got t he same issue. My SX20 does not recognize that I have a camera connected, however the camera works fine in calls (it transmits without a problem). 

I'm running ce 9.9.0 81e20f9808a 2019-06-29

By the way, my remote control works via IR to control t he camera (PTZ) but will not control the codec at all.
