I am using callmanager 6.1.2.1000-13 and 3825 mgcp gateway(IOS 12.4(20)T) with fxo ports
My problem is when we call from ip phone to any pstn phones after some time,sometimes in some ip phone a tempfail message will come and then onwards we cant use any supplementary services(only end call option available)
Already checked
1. Qos Issues
2. Routing Issues
3. Software MTP resources registered
4. Restarting call manager and IP voice streaming application service
5. No dsp errors from routers logs
Voice experts please suggest some troubleshooting steps.....

Check the switch ports the phones are connected to. Check for any errors. The temp fail means they are not receiving keepalives from CUCM, either because they are not getting there, or not getting back. Since communication is lost, services are unavailable.
Are the ports configured properly for QoS and voice vlan?

Voice experts,
I got the solution....
Cause:
When a pstn user disconnects a call from the remote end, the gateway is resetting the connection to the callmanager
At that time another user in active call is getting temp fail
Solution:
Upgraded IOS
MGCP Reregistered
