Good day! I rejected call from a mobile phone. But I see that termination cause code is 16. I think that termination cause code should be 21. I want to deploy outbound campaign system, but I have issue with reason of the end of the calls. I want to see the difference between "reject" and "no answered call". Does field "termination cause code" help in that?

Phone 7911 is registred by SIP. Gateway (AS5350) connects with CUCM by H.323. AS5350 connects with GSM-gateway(2N Netstar) by PRI.
