tftp server registration

Hello all

i use router as a dhcp server and i want to register an ip phone to a remote brunch office.i write "option 150 ip 10.x.x.x" my call manager ip.There is no restriction for reaching call manager.when i look at the cache flow ip phone tries to go to port  105/tcp CCSO name server protocol to my call manager ip.What must i do to register the phone ?

You are doing right, check phone config in CM.
