TFTP service restart following multi server SAN certificate upload

Hello,

We are facing a issue with the TFTP service on our CUCM cluster following the upload of the CallManager multi server SAN certificate upload.

Here is the error message we get from the TFTP service log:

This is not an ERROR message. Multi SAN CallManager certificate has been regenerated on server-  [Hostname: ipt-cucm-sub-ren, IP Address 172.16.103.1]. TFTP service is going for self restart. ITL file will be regenerated

As a result, the TFTP service is not stable and restart every 5 minutes and stop after approximately 20 minutes.

We tried to restart the server without improvment.

For information, the CUCM is in mixed mode.

What's the exact version?

And did you include anything besides just the CUCM servers in the SAN??
