The Calling Number does not match Customer mobile number in CRM
I have a customer and they have CRM integration with uccx.
now this integration has some question
The Calling Number does not match Customer mobile number in CRM from callmanager , the dial-rule has been configre in voice gateway.
for example a customer has a mobile number 139xxxxxxxx and call to customer callcenter , the dial-rule translate calling number from 139xxxxxxxx to 0139xxxxxxxx or 0065xxxxxxxx , but the callcenter user does not distinguish from vg by uccx , because the customer mobile number is 139xxxxxxxx in CRM system.
This function can identify which custmer call the callcenter can say Hi Mr or mrs good afternoon can i help you . hehe
