Hello All

   I met a strange issue.  Please tell me if you have any advice. Thank you in advance !

    Call manger version is 10.5.2 . Phone is 7941. 

    The phone speaker button light automatically when I pick up the handle to answer a incoming call.  The call will disconnect when I press the speaker button.

    I am not sure that is hardware problem .

This issue shows all the signs of a very common problem with the "Hookswitch" mechanism on this model of IP phone. Over the years, the 7941/61 series, have been notorious for ending up in this state where the phones no longer answer when taken off-hook and instead default to the speakerphone.
