Third party call flow tracking tools

Does anyone have a recommendation for a third party tool to help analyze CDR data?  I've looked at the big products for "call accounting" and "billing", but I'm looking for a slightly different need.

I need a tool that helps document (ideally graphically) a call flow.  We have a complex call flow, that could involve an external caller hitting CUCM, UCCX, CUAC, hunt groups, etc.  CDR of course maintains a perfect call history, but it's hard for non-technical folks to read.  I need a way for our business users to be able to search, find a call, and view the entire call path.

We are currently at the 10.5 version of the above products.

SolarWinds and Splunk publish their pricing online (and look reasonable for my environment..800 phones).

But Variphy doesn't.  Does anyone have ballpark pricing?  Obviously I can reach out to sales over there, but I'd like to make sure it's in the right range before I start getting sales calls.
