Third party camera for IP phone 9951

                  Cisco IP Phone 9951.  Can we use a third party camera?  The phone sees our Logitec 920 but says administrator must enable?

I'm fairly sure the answer to this is no because the camera that is supposed to be used with the 9900 phones includes a hardware-based H264 encoder chip not otherwise built-in to the phone. You can enable the Cisco Camera on the Device Configuration page of the phone under Product Specific Configuration Layout just to be sure though.
