Highly unlikely. The ASA Phone Proxy utilizes a certificates-based TLS tunnel between the phone and the ASA. To my knowledge, there are no third-party phones that support the mixed-mode encryption that Cisco has designed for this feature. I would suggest a IPsec or SSL-based VPN connection which would abstract this from the soft phone.
