Third Party Sip Phone, Outbound Calls Not Working CUCM 8.6

Evening all,

I am not entirely sure what I have screwed up,

I have registered a Granstream GXP2000 with the CUCM Server.

I can call between SCCP Phones and the GXP2000 no problem.

I can call out to the PSTN, via a sip trunk to an Asterisk server which is acting as the gateway between CUCM and the ITSP. from any of the SCCP phones with no problem.

But from the GXP2000 I can not call out to the PSTN, I get an audio recording telling me "The call cannot be completed as dialled please consult the directory etc etc.

I have looked at the trace and cannot see the issue, I dialed 907340612860,

The CUCM is configured for pre dot trailing hash on the route pattern

I have attached the trace if anyone can help I would be most grateful.

Thanks

Chris

Update,

I have sorted this, the problem turned out to be with the route pattern.

I had a route pattern set to: 9.!#

and the strip digits was set to pre dot trailing hash, this was needed to get the hash key termination to work on Cisco phones.

However the GXP2000 and GXP1450, as well as Snom phones do the hash key termination on the phone and there for do not pass the # to the CUCM. therefore fail to meet the route pattern match.

simple fix was to add an additional route pattern of: 9.! and set its strip digits to pre dot.

Thanks anyway.
