Hello,

We remove the NTP server from the Call Manager 6.5 and configure manual  TIME setup on the CUCM but the IP Phone showing 7 minutes difference.

We reset and restart the Phones not no effect. What other thing we can do to accomplish this issue.

Thanks,

Hi amin,

Did u ever restart Pub after removing NTPs?

regds,

aman

We did not restart .

Hi Amin,

I was just goig through troubleshooting DOC .the problem which u are facing is may be because of BIOS which has wrong time and phones are picking that time after NTP has been removed.

Can u cross-check BIOS settings during maintenance hours ?

regds,

aman

We did'nt cross check at the time we remove.

So we need to restart the Publisher so the Local Time setting will be update on the Server BIOS?

Hi Amin,

this is what I am suspecting.

If it is not that critical, wait and let others revert.
