there is any option to use cor list with a time range?

Not really. If using CME, you can check if "after-hours" blocking would do for your needs, as it allow time-based configuration.

I know, but with after-hours configuration, i block fxo port too...

Actually it prevents certain phones from dialing certain calls starting with numbers you decide. FXO ports are not affected directly.
