Time zone setting inconsistent in different firmware version

Currently my 7911 phone is running the SIP11.8-4-1SR2S and the timezone setting is SA Eastern Standard Time (-180 minutes) displays correctly, when I update the firmware to the SIP11.8-5-4S the same timezone displays -120 minutes. I  need to update the firmware because the spanish locale works with that version and not the one that is currently running.

My doubt is why the same timezone behaves differently

Both of these are dated versions, I would recommend going with latest 9.3 firmware to see if the issue is resolved, but more importantly other potential issues will be resolved.

The last version of SIP firmware that works is 8.5.4 when I upgrade to 9.0.3 the phone doesn't register that's why I'm using those versions.
