Toll Free calls for "844" numbers

I need to explain to a person that does not understand how to Create a "Toll Free" calling path for the new 844 numbers. Is there any "How to" instructions i can give to them.  I would create it myself but the outsource company are the only ones that have access to make these changes in Call Manager.

What do you mean by "Toll Free calling path"? Are you wanting to know how to create a route pattern or do you need information on dial plan design?

If you mean TEHO/LCR that's a concept, we have no documents to tell you how to configure that, you need to clearly understand call routing and all it's elements to understand how to configure it for each scenario.

If they don't know how to do this, they might end up causing bigger issues when attempting to do this.
