tomcat service showing status starting

Hi,

I am building a new setup of call manager 8.6.2. I have successfully installed publisher and subscriber in my cluster. But when i am trying to open the web page of subscriber it give me an error "the page cannot be displayed". I checked the service on the subscriber, the tomcat service is showing from last an hour. I have also tried to start and stop the tomcat service but it didn't work.

can you run the following command utils diagnose test on the subscriber

also can you post the output of stopping and starting the service , also can you send the output of utils service list.

can you try utils service restart Cisco Tomcat and log the session and send the output as well..

also pawan do you have any third party servers talking to the publisher/subscriber servers via the AXL service
