Trace Sip Routes/ ATA 190 troubleshooting

Hello Cisco Community, 

i have no VOIP experience so please bare with me

Nor do i have access to the CUBE

 

Faxes at my location setup with an ATA 190 have been causing trouble:

 i would like to know how to trace the route to see where the problem is happening

 

here are a few "factors":

1) When I try to fax it says sending and then hangs up and i usually get a print out saying "NG" or "Poor Line Condition"

2) User on the opposite end receives fax but it is only the bottom half of the page not the full document.

3) & if lucky the user receives the full fax but the quality is somewhat unreadable (poor print quality)

 

(I have tried everything in my power & knowledge)

-Rebooting

-lowered Baud Rate to 9600 on the brother faxes

-Changed from T.38 to pass through g711ulaw (vice versa)

-echo cancellation off

-TRIED to find information on RTMT but only tells me the registration of the faxes

 

i would like to know what i could possibly do next

your help is greatly appreciated  & thanks in advanced!
