Hi
Due to a health scare (it's topical so I reckon you can guess which one!), we're setting up a helpline for the public to call. However we need to be able to find out how many people have called this number (and ideally who).
We're running CUCM 6.0.1. I've looked through the RTMT but frankly it's a lot to look through when you're in hurry. Any help would be very much appreciated!!
Cheers

I would set up CDR's and you'll be able to see the calls. Follow this document to set it up. If you have any tweaking issues, let me know. Please rate if this helps.

Awesome, you're a star! I'll have a read through that now.
