I created a directory handler that is voice enabled. When you call the directory handler, you say the name and it transfers the call.
What I'm trying to figure out and as example. In the directory handler, if you say John Smith and we do not have a John Smith or the system cannot recognize the name and after the second attempt. I want to automatically transfer the call to an Operator.
Is this possible?
