hello all,
I need your help please .
I have a cucm 12.5 installed with cisco Ip phones 7821 and 8851.
My costomer would like when the IP phone who make the transfer with another IP phone can retrieve the call if has no answer after the call transfered .
Is that possible ? and how can i do that ?

That's not possible.
The only app that enables that is CUACA because it uses CTI to control the call when transferred so it can be recalled.

What you ask for is typically an Attendant Console function that is often referred to as Camp-on. It’s not a native functionality in CM.
