2 issues.
1 - On the Cisco 8841 via the CLI is it possible to turn all 10 line buttons usable for Lines & BLF’s?
2 - When transferring calls whether it be from another DN on the receiving DN it doesn’t show the originating callers information. Instead it shows the number transferred from. When calls are transferred from the automated attendant (Cisco Unity Express) it shows the number on the name line as well as the number where the number typically appears. I’d like it to show the name and number of the caller in both scenarios.
