Transfer Caller ID - Originating Number

When blind transferring to a cell phone I would like for the caller ID of the PSTN call being transferred to show.  Right now the caller ID on the cell phone that the call is transferred to shows the facilities number not the originating calling number.  Any ideas?

Hi,

First of all, your service provider have to able to "forward" the CallerID you are sending to then, so you will need to request this service to them.

After that, you will need to start sending your phone callerID so enable "User calling party's External Phone Number Mask" for all route pattern:
