transfer calls to internal to mobile phone cisco cme

Goodmorning everyone,
I explain to you my problem that I am having with the call transfer on a Call Mnager Express:
The moment someone receives a call, whether I receive it from the outside or from the inside, when I try to transfer the call to another extension I have no problem.
The moment I try to transfer the call to a mobile phone, it seems to work, but the moment I press the transfer button the second time, it doesn't appear in the options.
