Transfer from CallHandler to DN via Caller Input

Hi

I would like to transfer from a CallHandler to a DN via Caller Input

I can't get it to work, i tried with (Transfer to Alternate Contact Number) but it only works with a huntpilot

Press 1 for 7897441 (DN)

Press 2 for 7897440 (DN)

Press 1 for 7890010 (Hunt Pilot)

Am i missing something, or is it not possible with a DN?

CUCM 12.5 and Unity 12.5

Hope you understand

/Chris

Do a DNA with the CUC SIP trunk as the calling party and see if it can “call” to the DN.

DNA is Dialled Number Analysis option available on serviceability page.

Check if there is any restrictions on Unity restriction tables.

Check if the Voicemail port has  Calling search space configured which can access the DN's.

Hi

I can only see the Deault settings in the Restriction Tables, we haven't changes anything here

And im not sure what the Voicemail port is ?

How do your integrate your CUCM with Unity, SCCP or SIP ?

If it s SCCP, check the voice mail ports calling search space.

We are using SIP

Check the SIP(trunk configured for CUC)  trunk inbound calling search space.

If you open the page for DNA I’m pretty sure that you would be able to figure it out with a little effort on your part.
