Transfer key not appear

hello, i have an issue with transfer call, 

For exemple : PSTN number call 800200, then when 800200 transfer the call to 800201 then the transfer key not appear.

is a bug on cucm or i have something missing ?

please help guys

Do you see the soft key transfer for an internal calls ?

Hello Nithin, the problem not with the softkey because its happend sometimes.
