Transfer not work

hello community, i have a strange issue with call transfer when extension 1275 call another extension 1251 and 1251 transfer the call to 1203 nothing is happend ( the call not passed, no call drop, not busy ) the phone still in the "enter the number status" . This happend sometimes i didn't know what's happend, i have cucm 11.5.

Please i have to fix this problem, i count on your support.

From 1251 are you able to dial 1203. I assume there is an alternative match and CUCM is waiting for more digit.

Run the DNA for 1203 from 1251.

1251 can call 1203 but transfer sometimes works sometimes cucm wait for more digits

That means there is an alternative match for that pattern and cucm is waiting for more digits.

check your route patterns.

i checked that there is no pattern begin with 12XX

Secondly check the forwarding css does that has access to some similar numbers ?
