I am using a cisco 2651xm with C2600-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M, Version 12.4(15)T14, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2).
When the telephony-service transfer-system is configured with full-blind calls drop while a transfer is attempted. It works ok on full-consult, but the problem only emerged after upgrading the ios.
The transferipattern is currently set to .T
Any suggestions to where I should look?
Edit: Any suggestions or requests for more information would be welcomed.

Hello Matthew,
Would you mind providing the show run of your router?
Can you provide the call flow of your call?
IP phone A Call ip phone B and get transferred to PSTN?
PSTN call ip phone A and get transferred to PSTN?
PSTN call ip phone A and get transferred to IP phone B?
Are all of those options failing?
Thanks,
Luis Sandi

Thanks a million for your reply.
Here is the attached conf.
IP phone A Call ip phone B and get transferred to PSTN?
This results in a drop.
PSTN call ip phone A and get transferred to PSTN?
This drops too
PSTN call ip phone A and get transferred to IP phone B?
This is ok
Essentially when using full-blind it will not work when transferring via pstn, and internal transfers to ip-phones work fine.
There are no problems when using full-consult but the client requests the use of full-blind :L
Edit 1: Drop occurs after the transfer function button is pressed and the fnn is dialed.

Hello,
Can you do this:
debug isdn q931
term mon
Also why do you have this transfer?
transfer-pattern 0T
make two calls and post the outpout.

Luis Sandi

Yes, I added that transfer-pattern when I was trying to determine to cause of the problem and forgot to remove it...
Re the debug, do you only want to see the test calls? is it ok if the system is being used while I run the debug?
12-14-2010 05:18 PM
Hello Matthew,
That would be OK, the debug would not affect the call processing, it will be only to verify that the call it is being transfered and to confirm who is dropping the call and the reason.

Luis Sandi
