Hello,
We are running,
Cisco Unity Connection Administration
Version 8.0.3.10000-18
Cisco Unified CM Administration
System version: 8.0.3.10000-8
when calls come into our main number we transfer it to Unity then transfer back to CUCM. We are noticing that Unity is adding 4 - 10 extra rings to the call, and the endpoint is rings once before the reception picks it up.
I tried to replicate the issue using test extensions and call-handler internally, same issue was observed, 4-10 extra rings before transfering to CUCM.
If anyone has encountered this issue or has any ideas please share.
Thanks,
Ayaz

What is the call handler configured like, are you mapping digit input to a particular extension or are you entering the extension and then call is transferred to it? Under caller input is there prepand digit section configured with anything?
Does the CSS applied to UCON ports or SIP trunk possibly match a translation pattern that prefixes the digits?

There was a route pattern XXXX wich was causing delay. Once I added a translation pattern specific to the extension it worked.
