This issue is reoccurring, whenever the receptionist is transferring the call to a Hunt Group, it got dropped. Sometimes it is working, sometimes it happens for 3 rings and then there were instances that there's just only one ring then the caller was not able to reach the agents. This happens randomly and at any time. We tried to reboot the router, changed the config to octo-line and still, the issue persists. By the way, we use CME.
