So,
I'm working on the whole transformation pattern to prefix missed calls thing. I have found some rather ancient instructions, which seem to be the only ones out there, and I've hit a snag. I'm working with CUCM 8.6.2. And when I get to the part where I configure the Transformation patterns there is no longer any way to set a CSS. How am I supposed to get this to work if i cannot set a CSS there? Was it moved? Is there any new documentation that covers this change?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
J

Create the calling party transformation pattern as per your requirement and put it in a partition. Now put that into a new css say "Css-transform". You can add this CSS either on the phone page or the device pool if you want this for the whole device pool. Field is "Calling Party Transformation CSS" be sure to uncheck the option "Use device pool transformation css" if doing it only for one device .
