Hello to all ,

I need to create some translation patterns for emergency calls arround the country , the problem is I MUST use the same number ( 888 , for e.g ) for all the translations , just look :

Rosario , disc 888 forward to  11441522

Jujuy , disc 888 forward   11554214

Cordoba , disc 888 forward 117788

Salta , disc 888 forward 558877

All of this derivations are emergency numbers ( the communication is critical )

It is possible ?

Thanks a lot for the advice !

Hugo

Start mentioning system and version you're using.

Hello Paolo :

Cisco Unified CM Administration

System version: 8.6.2.22900-9

Instalación de VMware: 2 vCPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5640 @ 2.67GHz, disco 1: 80Gbytes, disco 2: 80Gbytes, 6144Mbytes RAM

You say TPs, so I'll assume you mean you have CUCM.

Yes, it's possible, just play with CSS and partitions to have the same DN in different partitions depending on who needs to reach it.

This is pretty basic and commonly deployed.

Java is correct as usual, (+5). Simply define 888 as translation pattern in site specific partition reachable only from phones CSS assigned to phones at that site, each one of these TPs will translated called number to desired destination and direct it via CSS assigned to these TPs via proper route pattern/GW (assuming no local Route group routing).
