Translation Rule 011 Unknown

I just setup a call manager in Egypt. The PRI isdn switch type is primary-4ess, therefore it recognizes 011 as international. That's not how they dial INT in Egypt, in fact it's a mobile prefix. I know I need to setup a translation rule so it's not recognized as an INT call, unfortunately I cannot find a doc explaining how to configure this. Can anyone point me in the proper direction?

Hi Rick,

Here is a link discussing translation patterns in CUCM. If you provide specifics (Phone1 dials XXXXXX but needs to go out the PRI as YYYYYY) we might be able to provide some specific ideas on how to workaround this.
