Translator X

Good morning,

I need to get a call trace with the Translator X tool. I have configured all options and the RTMT and CUCM. The issue is that the format of showed files is .XML But the issue is the next: "Is this file from a supported platform and is the appropiated trace level enabled?"

Hi Alfredo,

Translator X looks for text files ( like sdl0000111.txt ) , your traces are probably not set to detailed level.

I have found a ccmxxxx.txt file and with this file works fine.

As Manish said, Please ensure that you have Detailed Level of traces enabled on the CCM (all nodes)

Secondly, please ensure that you are selecting atleast the CCM Services in RTMT (all nodes).

Finally, once the files and folders have been downloaded,  you need to get the folders as well in the download (please make sure you have unchecked the option of zip), once you get the folders, move the folders to the TranslatorX.

The .xml files do not contain any logs per say.
