I have two Xacom GSM ISDN and a Cisco 2901 with one HWIC T1 and another HWIC with 2BRIs.

The BRIs are connected to the Xacom to call mobile phones. Actually, we can call but incoming calls to the Xacom always get the "busy" message.

I have tried ro reset the BRIs but nothing happens and looked up for information in the net, but no one of the soltuions I have read work.

Here I paste the config of the router:

As mentioned countless times in similar issues.

Take "debug isdn q931" with "term mon".

You will see the called number and find why it's not working.

Before posting, I have been searching in the forum, reading a lot of post with similar problems, and no one has solve it (in a lot of them appears the debug isdn q931 command). I have see the logs of the debug isdn q931 but doesn't appear errors or warnings, only the outgoing calls. My error is with the incoming calls, not outgoing calls (that works correct), so I decided to post it here because I think it maybe a basic confguration problem that I can't find.

You need to post the output. Or if there is no output, say so.

The problem is solved. The Xacom service has come to see the equipments, and was an error in Xacom configuration, not in Cisco.

Thanks a lot for the help

Now that I have more info about it, I can explain the solution, so if someone has the same problem can solve it.

The problem was a cmisconfiguration in the Xacom.

In the "GSM Incoming calls" option, in the "Mode" combobox, you have to select "Accept incoming call + dialtone". Then, in the "Time for entering DTMF" option, set it to "0", to send immediately the call to the selected extension. If no extension has been configured, it forwards all the calls and the gateway manages them.

Thanks a lot for your help
