troubleshooting cucm dna service

I'm trying to troubleshoot dialing from a remote site to 911. I decided to test the call using CUCM DNA. When I launch the DNA analyzer the page comes up but nothing happens when I select the tab "Analyze"  or "Service". I verified that the service is "Started"( See .png file below). Is it something I'm missing here?

Can you please restart the following services on all the servers. This should help us.
