I'm trying to troubleshoot dialing from a remote site to 911. I decided to test the call using CUCM DNA. When I launch the DNA analyzer the page comes up but nothing happens when I select the tab "Analyze" or "Service". I verified that the service is "Started"( See .png file below). Is it something I'm missing here?
