Troubleshooting SIP trunk utilization

Hi Guys,

One of our customers has been reporting that their SIP trunk is being utilized 100% at certain times of the day. They moved over from Traditional PABX to VOIP recently.

I am trying to pull out historical data on the trunk from the CDR and see that it reports 100% utilization almost from the start of the day this goes on through the business hours. However the service provider reports that its only at specific intervals that they see the utilization hitting the 100% mark.

For investigation I have requested the Service provider in the details for the Bandwidth assigned for the SIP trunk.

How else should I proceed on my side to check on this . Has any one of you faced this before and how did you identify the cause? This is something new for me and I am a little lost at it. Request you guidance on what other aspects should I be checking?
