I'm new to this. I'm working with an office that is set to handle 4 calls at a time. If anybody is on the phone and a call comes in, it will not show on their 8851 phone. I verified all phones are added to the hunt group and logged into the hunt group.
They do have private lines and if I add the private line to the hunt group they get the 2nd call. They are still with a LEC, should this be a setting on the lec side or something I missed? The hunt group is a Broadcast one if that matters.
